Exercise, moving and using your body makes your life come alive. In my opinion, its not about having the biggest biceps, but its about how having fitness and health into your life increases your engagement and pleasure within the other areas of your life. Makes you feel more alive. This is the reason I include physical training within the systems that underpin in the flow.
